I gave in and let my granddaughter ,JoAnna, try out the featherweight today. She used some scraps from my double delight quilt and made a pillow. I think she did a great job for her first try.
HI Anna, I saw your name on Kim's blog comments and had to drop you a note to say Hi. I love Kim's blog and like yourself am fairly new to blogging. I was a lurker for along time and couldn't decide whether I wanted to blog or not. I started blogging last fall and do enjoy it - though I am not getting as much quilting done- If you are interested you can find me at quiltmomsjourney.blogspot.com I am always keen to meet another person named Anna. Your grand daughter did a lovely job on your feather weight and what a nice memory you made together. Regards from a Western Canadian quilter, Anna
