This giant is finally finished and on my daughter's bed! Will I ever make anything king size again? Nope! Will I ever try to make something to order for someone again? No Way! This started out as a split nine patch,she didn't like it! I whacked it all up and added the white border she wanted and I think she loves it. We sent it to my friends Kris and Roy Maitland for quilting. They did a great job with my mess! The bonus for me is I end up with some cool fabric for my scrap bag.

Hahaha! I think it looks absolutely beautiful! You may change your mind about "custom" work when your granddaughter approaches you about making her a princess quilt or something like that! Hahaha. Great job!
