I enjoyed a beautiful four day weekend with family at the beach. I took a quilt to work on but never took it out of the car. Look who we found on the beach......Santa!
I'm way behind on Judy's UFO challenge, but still trying to catch up.
I pulled out my double delight blocks and think I may finish it by the end of June.
I think I will cheat on the alternate blocks and use a solid block. Finished is better than perfection....right?

Since you were having such a good time with family over the weekend, it is good the quilt stayed in the car. Love the Santa picture. We sent Christmas cards couple years ago with Santa, snowmen and trees on the beach sitting in beach chairs. So cute. Judy C
Whoa!!! Check out that amazing block. I love it. I completely dig how you worked with color! A real favorite. Excellent.
That is one incredible block there... I love it! I also love that you got to see Santa at the beach... you'd think he's shave for the summer... cooler... *lol*
I thought I saw Santa at the beach. He does deserve the rest, hey? I agree finished is better than perfection. But, I'm not so into perfection anyway.
Oh...the beach...just love the beach!!
Beautiful block, and alternating will make the lovely pieced blocks stand out even more. Maybe even better than perfection?
THIS santa is too funny... Nancy Keel saw him too and posted him...see you
